Mrs. Anuradha Rai (Director)

Ms. Rai is the founder Principal of Ambience School, Gurugram. With more than 28 years of experience as an educationist and over a decade as an administrator, Ms. Rai is driven to make education relevant to the needs of the present times. Ms. Rai has been with the Ambience School, New Delhi since May 2011 and she is the Team Lead of ECHO, the Ambience Teacher Mentoring for school teachers and counselors since 2015. During this time, she has mentored more than 1300 school teachers and school leaders both from private and government schools.

Ms. Rai holds a Masters in English Literature and Bachelor’s degree in Education. She was awarded Honorary D.Litt. by the University of South America in 2018. She received the State Teacher Award by the Federation of Private Schools in 2012. As a Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program fellow Ms. Rai describes her time spent at Montana State University and Bozeman High School as a Life changing experience which made her a more reflective teacher and inspired her to look for ways to make a difference to her own Teaching Practice and that of others.

A firm believer in each individual’s unique potential, her endeavor is to ensure a learning environment that is open, inviting, safe, and that enables each individual to manifest their highest potential.

Ms. Garima Pandey (Principal)

Education is an instrument to bring significant and meaningful changes in society which in turn enables and empowers people to make this world a better place for all of us. A passionate learner and believer in inherent human goodness Ms. Garima Pandey has 16+ years of experience in teaching as well as in administration in schools of repute. With passion and commitment to groom today’s generation with skill sets of the 21st century as well as infusing them with life-guiding values which is the dire need of the hour in today’s ever-changing and evolving world. She as an educator strongly advocates the need to mentor and nurture today’s learners in such a way that they are ready to face the daunting challenges of life undeterred and become the leader of tomorrow with their passion, grit, and determination. She also believes that it is imperative to ensure that they remain grounded and value small and simple treasures of life in spite of their soaring high aspirations.
Ms. Garima Pandey holds a Post Graduate degree in English Literature with a specialization in American Literature and is currently pursuing Masters in Education. With an urge to widen her vistas of learning she has also done a course in Educational Leadership from The University of Manchester, a Diploma course in School Leadership and Management from NIEPA, New Delhi & PGDSLM from IGNOU.

Monika Abbi (Pre Primary Coordinator)

An innovative and passionate educator, Monika Abbi has more than an 18 years journey and a specialization in ‘Early Childhood Education ’with a vast experience in Inquiry-based Learning. She has played a key role in heading the early years’ department in reputed schools. Her combination of a can-do attitude and wide knowledge on ECE makes her excellent at managing multiple tasks, organizing and prioritizing her work, and offering the best possible support and guidance to the organization. She strongly believes learning should be focused on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity, but doing it. For her learning should be a two-way process; where the learning leader first try and understand each individual learner so as to provide them the easiest and adaptable techniques and a conducive ambience for them to learn what is delivered. Her philosophy is that children should be valued as curious, capable, and collaborative learners with their uniqueness celebrated and they should be given an opportunity and freedom to explore, investigate and pursue their individual interests to learn through play. She loves to propagate the words of Albert Einstein -” Imagination is more important than knowledge, for while knowledge defines all that we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.”
