Mrs. Anuradha Rai (Director)
Ms. Rai is the founder Principal of Ambience School, Gurugram. With more than 28 years of experience as an educationist and over a decade as an administrator, Ms. Rai is driven to make education relevant to the needs of the present times. Ms. Rai has been with the Ambience School, New Delhi since May 2011 and she is the Team Lead of ECHO, the Ambience Teacher Mentoring for school teachers and counselors since 2015. During this time, she has mentored more than 1300 school teachers and school leaders both from private and government schools.
Ms. Rai holds a Masters in English Literature and Bachelor’s degree in Education. She was awarded Honorary D.Litt. by the University of South America in 2018. She received the State Teacher Award by the Federation of Private Schools in 2012. As a Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program fellow Ms. Rai describes her time spent at Montana State University and Bozeman High School as a Life changing experience which made her a more reflective teacher and inspired her to look for ways to make a difference to her own Teaching Practice and that of others.
A firm believer in each individual’s unique potential, her endeavor is to ensure a learning environment that is open, inviting, safe, and that enables each individual to manifest their highest potential.

Education is an instrument to bring significant and meaningful changes in society which in turn enables and empowers people to make this world a better place for all of us. A passionate learner and believer in inherent human goodness Ms. Garima Pandey has 16+ years of experience in teaching as well as in administration in schools of repute. With passion and commitment to groom today’s generation with skill sets of the 21st century as well as infusing them with life-guiding values which is the dire need of the hour in today’s ever-changing and evolving world. She as an educator strongly advocates the need to mentor and nurture today’s learners in such a way that they are ready to face the daunting challenges of life undeterred and become the leader of tomorrow with their passion, grit, and determination. She also believes that it is imperative to ensure that they remain grounded and value small and simple treasures of life in spite of their soaring high aspirations.
Ms. Garima Pandey holds a Post Graduate degree in English Literature with a specialization in American Literature and Masters in Education. With an urge to widen her vistas of learning she has also done a course in Educational Leadership from The University of Manchester, a Diploma course in School Leadership and Management from NIEPA, New Delhi & PGDSLM from IGNOU.

Monika Abbi - Pre Primary Coordinator
An innovative and passionate educator, Monika Abbi has more than an 18 years journey and a specialization in ‘Early Childhood Education ’with a vast experience in Inquiry-based Learning. She has played a key role in heading the early years’ department in reputed schools. Her combination of a can-do attitude and wide knowledge on ECE makes her excellent at managing multiple tasks, organizing and prioritizing her work, and offering the best possible support and guidance to the organization. She strongly believes learning should be focused on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity, but doing it. For her learning should be a two-way process; where the learning leader first try and understand each individual learner so as to provide them the easiest and adaptable techniques and a conducive ambience for them to learn what is delivered. Her philosophy is that children should be valued as curious, capable, and collaborative learners with their uniqueness celebrated and they should be given an opportunity and freedom to explore, investigate and pursue their individual interests to learn through play. She loves to propagate the words of Albert Einstein -” Imagination is more important than knowledge, for while knowledge defines all that we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.”
Ms. Eshleen Kaur - Early Primary Wing Coordinator
Ms. Eshleen is a passionate and committed teacher with an effervescent persona. A distinguished scholar, she holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics from Ramjas College, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Education from IP University. Her academic prowess is matched by her boundless enthusiasm and passion for education.
Ms. Eshleen excels in her innovative, student-centered teaching approach. She integrates creativity into her curriculum, using her love for arts and crafts, calligraphy, painting, and zentangle to enrich her students’ learning experiences. Her classes are a vibrant blend of imagination and knowledge aimed at fostering confidence, curiosity, and academic excellence.
Albert Einstein said, “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” Ms. Eshleen embodies this philosophy, igniting a passion for discovery and creativity in her students, and shaping young minds to appreciate the beauty of learning.

Ms. Vishakha Yadav - Primary Wing Coordinator
Ms. Vishakha is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 11 years of experience, committed to fostering a love for learning and personal growth in her students. Her journey in education has been marked by a profound impact on the lives of her students and colleagues, driven by her innovative approach to teaching and her unwavering belief in the transformative power of education.
Ms. Vishakha’s career spans notable positions such as Humanities, Global Perspectives, Drama, and English teacher at various reputed schools in Delhi and Gurgaon.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Gargi College, Delhi University, and a Master’s in Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Ms. Vishakha is well-versed in subjects like Child Psychology, Theatre in Education, Linguistics, Philosophy of Education, and Curriculum Development.
Beyond her teaching roles, Ms. Vishakha has contributed significantly as an ISA Coordinator, securing awards from the British Council for three schools. She is certified in IGCSE Global Perspectives teaching and has completed specialized training in varied domains such as learning disabilities and theatre in education. She has successfully produced and directed shows like A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens , Sound of Music and The Merchant of Venice by William Shakespeare for various school events.
An avid reader with a love for literary classics Ms. Vishakha particularly enjoys the works of Jane Austen, the Brontë sisters, and Agatha Christie. She is also fond of writing poetry and has authored and co-authored chapters and books. Her expertise extends to content creation for Xseed books and developing curriculum for Google Education’s upcoming educational apps. Ms. Vishakha’s passion for education and her diverse skill set make her a valuable asset to any educational institution. As she often says, quoting William Shakespeare, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players,” believing that education is the preparation and rehearsal for the larger play of life.
Ms. Sonu Kaushal - Middle Wing Coordinator
Ms. Sonu Kaushal, the founder teacher of Ambience Public School, Gurgaon, holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Panjab University, Chandigarh and brings over 12 years of dedicated experience to her role. In addition to this, she is also a graduate in History and Political Science. Her extensive and rich experience in primary and middle years education has provided her with a profound understanding of students’ learning and developmental needs. Passionate about art integration, she has successfully spearheaded projects such as ‘Education Through Monuments’ and worked diligently for the implementation of art integration across different grades and wings of the school.
As a devout follower of Swami Vivekananda, Ms. Kaushal believes that the true purpose of education is to build a strong, virtuous nation, with a focus on character building as a fundamental goal. She upholds the school motto, ‘Humanity First’, emphasizing the importance of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility in education. By instilling these values, she aims to cultivate a generation of learners who are not only academically proficient but also committed to making meaningful contributions to society.

Ms. Bhawna Choudhary - Senior Wing Coordinator
With an ardent love for teaching and interacting with children, Ms. Bhawna has had a remarkable academic journey. She earned her honours degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, followed by a Master’s degree in Politics with a specialization in International Relations and an M.Phil in European Politics, both from Jawaharlal Nehru University. She also holds double NET qualifications in Political Science and International and Area Studies. She is well versed in teaching subjects such as Economics, History, Political Science, Geography and English.
Ms. Bhawna has authored numerous articles in reputed journals on minority rights, showcasing her commitment to critical social issues. She firmly believes that education is a powerful tool for transforming society, cultivating compassionate human beings and responsible citizens. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in experiential learning, with classes that feature engaging discussions, real-life simulations, and the use of technology and multimedia resources.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Bhawna has a passion for reading, movies, and theatre. She seamlessly incorporates these interests into her teaching, using literature, films, and dramatic techniques to make her classes more engaging and relatable.
Additionally, Ms. Bhawna has trained teachers to incorporate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies into their classrooms through a whole-school approach. She views teachers as nurturers who play a crucial role in helping senior school learners grow academically while also acquiring essential life skills—critical for their holistic development.
