Ambience School has incorporated this into its curriculum on all six days to ensure that physical fitness and health becomes a priority and a life habit for its learners and teaching as well as non-teaching staff. Under the aegis of this programme, the school organised various events such as debates, quizzes, indigenous games, Khelo India physical assessment of learners, yoga, meditation and so on.
Aligned with this idea, Ambience school organized the Ambience Freedom Run on 16 August’2022. The run was led by Mr. Laishram Surendra Kumar Singh, an athlete from Manipur who qualified to represent India in World Team Backyard Ultra Championship.
To commemorate the 75th Independence Day – “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”.
The nationwide campaign was based on the concept of “Physical/Virtual Run” in the continuum from 13th August to 2nd October 2021. During this pandemic, the run encouraged fitness in all and helped us in our fight against obesity, laziness, stress, anxiety, disease etc. The idea was to be able to run anywhere, anytime so we could run our races and time our own paces.
Aligned with this idea, Ambience school organized Ambience Freedom Run from 31 August to 2 October’2021.

Fit India School Week was started soon after the inception of the Fit India Movement in 2019 with an aim to integrate fitness as an essential part of school education where physical fitness is taught and practiced, apart from homes.
Ambience School has welcomed this concept of dedicating a part of all 6 days of the school week to fitness with the objective of instilling the importance of fitness not only in students but also amongst their students, teachers, and entire school staff.
